I have called 70 community compost companies.
The majority didn’t answer their phones and is routing to voicemail.
I recommend to add an auto responder. It sends out a text message after you miss a call. Only one company used this feature.
All others are missing out on that critical time frame in which the caller is actively considering their business.
People are impatient and more and more used to instant gratification. A simple follow up text works wonders.
If your are super busy with other work, this automation helps a lot.
